Frank Vega

Frank Vega is the founder of The Efficiency Group, with almost 30 years of experience working with government agencies and private enterprises. He completed his graduate studies at The American University in Washington DC, received his Lean Practitioner certification from Villanova University, and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Frank has honed the process of systems re-engineering and business function improvement utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques throughout his career resulting in the development of the proprietary Helix process. He has extensive expertise working with federal agencies such as the Department of State, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the National Institute of Health. He frequently briefs senior leadership on Lean Six Sigma deployment and is a speaker at conferences. Frank lives in Arlington, Virginia
