Lean Six Sigma for Managers

Lean Six Sigma for Managers is a course designed specifically for managers and directors of teams being trained in Business Process Improvement. It presents an abridged version of the concepts and tools in the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification course along with key ideas geared specifically at managing teams looking to enhance their productivity.

In many cases managers will have their staff complete the training course while not taking the course themselves. While we encourage all staff to be trained, we understand managers have different responsibilities and time constraints.

Lean Six Sigma for Managers is a short two-hour course that gives managers the foundation and vocabulary of Lean Six Sigma as well as recommendations for how to:

  • Promote Lean Six Sigma adoption by staff
  • Evaluate the merits of Lean Six Sigma proposals
  • Prevent workers from reverting to old habits
  • Encourage continuous improvement
  • Much more!
