Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – $500

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a course designed to take students to the advanced Black Belt level of proficiency.

It requires completion of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with extensive project work done prior to begining the course. Students should be comfortable working in process improvement projects as well as leading activities.

This is a leadership focused course that combines tactical elements of Lean Six Sigma such as data analytics and Initiative Management, Project Management, and Team Management.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belts are expected to lead multiple project teams that include enterprise managers, Lean Six Sigma Green Belts, Process Stakeholders, etc.

This course is presented on site and requires multiple full days of class work, completion of an exam, and completion of a Black Belt Project.

Frank Vega
LSS Master Black Belt

Frank Vega is the founder of The Efficiency Group, with almost 30 years of experience working with government agencies and private enterprises. He completed his graduate studies at The American University in Washington DC and received his Lean Practitioner certification from Villanova University. Frank is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Throughout his career, Frank honed the process of systems re-engineering and business function improvement utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques. This effort resulted in the development of the proprietary HELIX-S Methodology.

He has extensive expertise working with federal agencies including the Department of State, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the National Institutes of Health. Frank frequently briefs senior leadership on Lean Six Sigma deployment and often speaks at conferences on a wide variety of issues related to business process improvement.
