Building a Culture of Improvement
Staff and managers that have been trained in Lean Six Sigma techniques often feel a great sense of accomplishment when they put those tools into practice. They see the benefits of removing waste and increasing productivity. Moreover, they get a sense of accomplishment that they did something that made their work and their enterprise better; a real sense of pride.
But as new processes become ingrained workers and focus on their tasks they may stop thinking about the tools they learned and how those tools can be applied in other applications.
Building a Culture of Improvement is a short two-hour course that that is offered free of charge to students that have completed the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification or the Lean Six Sigma for Managers courses. This course offers students practical tools they can implement to keep the lessons they learned fresh and pertinent to their enterprise. Including:
- You’ve completed a Lean Six Sigma Project – now what?
- Tools to use to identify processes needing improvement
- We can’t measure that – how do we know we can improve it
- How to make continuous improvement fun
- Much more!
